When you use this service, information you voluntarily share—including style preferences, sizing information, consultation requests, and chat messages—may be processed through Voiceflow and its associated AI technology providers to generate responses.

If you request a personal consultation or follow-up, your name, contact information, and relevant consultation details may be recorded using Google Sheets and Gmail and shared with the Palmer James Designs team to respond to your request.

Image uploads, when enabled, allow customers to voluntarily share outfit photographs or design references for personalized styling assistance. These images may be processed by AI service providers. Customers should avoid uploading sensitive information or photographs they do not have permission to share.

AI recommendations are informational and may require confirmation regarding product availability, pricing, sizing, customization, and delivery estimates.

Using the AI concierge is optional. Providing contact information for consultation follow-up does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
