Order Processing & Handling

All of our footwear and accessories are meticulously handcrafted and made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and a personalized fit. As such, order processing and handling times vary depending on the product line. The timeframes below represent the period from when your order is placed to when it is handed off to our shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to customers within the United States. Once your order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, you can expect your delivery within 3-7 business days.

International Shipping

Palmer James Designs proudly ships to customers worldwide. For all international orders, a $50 USD tariff and duty fee will be applied to each order to cover import and customs charges. This fee will be automatically added at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, you can expect your delivery within 7-21 business days. Please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be applied by your country's customs office.
Note on "Free Shipping" Promotion: Our "Free Shipping on All Orders" promotion applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States. International shipping costs are incorporated into the flat-rate duty and tariff fee.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damages

Palmer James Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
